Returns Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days from the delivery date. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted.
2. The Order’s Shipping Fee won’t be included in refunds. and you'll need to pay for shipping the return yourself(there will be no handling charge for returns).

Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days(business days) after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account within 5 business days.
If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our site (Item’s original price).
2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, we can offer free product exchange.But you need to pay for the product shipping fee.

How do I make a return?

2.Tell the customer service the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason.
3.animefwiw.com Customer service will give you a return address
3.Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
4.Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

Note: The company address is not the return address of the package,and the specific address will be sent by customer service email

Can I cancel the order
It depends on the status of your order. Unfortunately, if your order has been processed and is waiting to be shipped, or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Therefore, please wait for the package to arrive, you can keep the package or contact us to refund the refund. Please do not refuse to ship, because undelivered packages will be destroyed by third-party logistics.

Non-Returnable Items
1. Products that Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed
2. bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.
3. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
